When does the 11U through 18U Girls season start?

The season for ICE Volleyball begins right after Thanksgiving in November and continues through the end of April for Regional teams. HP travel teams will continue through the third week of June to attend the ASICS Nationals in Chicago or other tournaments. 11U-14U will practice 2 times a week (depends what program you are signed up for). 15U-18U will practice 2-3 times per week (depends upon the program).

When does the 13U-18U Boys season start?

The Boys season starts mid-September and ends in February. Boys teams practice 2 times per week and participate in a 3 day qualifier

in January that takes place in January.​

What can I do if I cannot make any of the tryout dates?

Will there be any out of state tournaments for the girls' program?

Our HP travel teams will attend out of state tournaments. The locations depend on the team.

 

What is the attendance policy for practices and tournaments?

ICE Volleyball Club does have an attendance policy that will be included in the paperwork received at the parent meeting.

 

Will I play the same position I play in school?

We will make every effort to train the athlete in the position they play at school. However, at times a team's dynamic requires that we train a player at a secondary or new position.

 

How does ICE Volleyball Club view playing time?

ICE is committed to developing all of its players. Every player shall receive fair playing time taking into consideration attitude, commitment, position, attendance and performance in practice.

 

How many tournaments a month does ICE Volleyball Club participate in?

Two or three tournaments a month that take place on Saturdays and/or Sundays depending upon what team they are on.

 

How much does the club program cost and what does it include?

That information can be found under the respective programs in each age group. which will be updated soon. ICE VBC knows that this is a large financial commitment for families.  We certainly don't want the reason why they cannot participate be due to the cost.  We offer several payment options, have a few scholarship opportunities and are working on some possible work programs within our club.

 

What are the finance and payment options?

The commitment fee and uniform fee is required to be paid at the parents meeting in order to commit to our club. Dues may be paid in full or on a payment schedule (which includes a small convenience fee). We accept several forms of payment including credit cards. Do you have a multiple sibling discount?

Yes we do. When two or more siblings join ICE Volleyball Club, a $100 discount will be applied to the club dues for each athlete.
